Almost Weekend!

Happy Thursday, Everybody!


Another awesome day in the Big City! Today's recipe can be enjoyed on your patio, watching the bright red African sun go down, either to be enjoyed on it's own or with a platter of biscuits and pate...
 Today's recipe is an easy sundowner:


Champayne Cosmo


1 1/4 Cups Cointreau
1 1/4 Cups Cranberry Juice
1/2 Cup plus 2TBLSP fresh lime juice
3TBLSP fine sugar
4 Cups Chilled Champayne or Sparkling Wine


Mix all ingredients EXCEPT the champayne and chill for 2 - 6 hours
Pour mixture into champayne glasses and top up with the champayne
Sit back, relax and INDULGE!
