Happy Monday, All you Crazy Cooks!
Rain is expected the whole week, so please drive carefully if you live in the Big City! So much for us all thinking that the rain was over... Mother Nature blessed us with the biggest storm since the beginning of the summer rains!
So in this cold weather, nothing is better than a good, warm comforting breakfast!
CRUMPETS
2 cups of self raising flour
11/2 cups Milk
4T Sugar
1T Melted Butter
1/2t salt
2 Eggs
Blitz in a food processor
Heat a pan with some oil/ butter in a pan and drop spoonfuls of batter into the pan and fry until bubble appear on the surface.
Flip over and fry the other side
Serve with butter and syrup or crispy bacon.
